The Golden Key Community Service Award recognizes members for outstanding and impactful service to the community.
1) A personal statement of no more than 2 pages describing the service project and your philosophy of community service.
2) A letter of recommendation from a representative of the beneficiary of the service.
3) A list of extracurricular activities detailing involvement in other campus and community service, including any involvement in Golden Key. Please be sure to include the total number of service hours performed.
4) Résumé/CV
5) A current and comprehensive academic transcript. Unofficial transcripts will be accepted.
